Founded in August 2024, Bread Thyme is a family-owned business backed by more than two decades of experience in the food industry. Our mission is to bring the authentic flavors of Lebanese cuisine to the table through fresh, quality, and made-from-scratch ingredients.

Our menu features a variety of Lebanese favorites, including Man’oushe & Flatbreads, Pita Wraps, Plates, Salads & Bowls, Traditional Farmer-Style Sides, and Handcrafted Chocolate, with gluten-free and vegan options available.

Gabi's Journey with Restaurants

When I discovered my passion for Lebanese cooking, I knew it was something I had to pursue.

The connection I felt with the cuisine was profound, and I realized that sharing this passion with others brought me immense joy.

Being able to create memorable experiences for people through my food is what truly drives me.

This love for Lebanese cuisine led me to open Bread Thyme, as well as several other restaurants. Through each venture, I strive to bring people together, one meal at a time, by offering delicious food that speaks to the heart.
